INTERIOR DESIGN WISH LIST
I have been into interior design since I became a teenager and now that I have moved into a better apartment I have the space to get a little bit more creative and touch that aspect in my life. Thanks to Covid I have official become a binge watching queen and with that comes every possible series for interior design/real estate. Like even as a kid I would move my room around all the time, sometimes twice a week all by myself and borrowing all the decorative stuff from the living room. I feel my love for interiors was a massive barrier to where I wanted to live and being able to now find an apartment that is close to the style that I like is a blessing. So without further ado I have put together a small interior wish list of some amazing pieces that I have been eyeing up.
Hope you enjoy this post and do let me know if it has given you any inspo.

Valentines or Galentines Lockdown version
Valentines day is just a week away... and a long membership at the “Stay at Home” club, here are some ideas to make this Valentines Day a little bit more special.
Valentines or Galentines during lockdown might not be the ideal date night but it can very easily transformed into one. However Valentines day is not just for couples, it is about expressing your love, your love for yourself, the people that are important to you, your friends and of course towards your lover. You are not just be in love on Valentines day, it is just a special day to celebrate it. So don't be upset if this year Valentines will be celebrated in a different way.
Therefore, with Valentines day approaching, I wanted to put together a small list of ideas of things you can do with this valentines day either with your partner or on your own...

WINTER BREAK OUT
So I have always used to blame my makeup routine for my periodical acne and breakouts I might had but how am I also getting in in lockdown where my face goes make up free and single layered with a moisturising cream?
Even though it seems unnatural that dehydrated skin breaks out I found out that, when our complexion gets too dry, our oil glands actually start producing more oil to balance things out. Herein lies the problem: the top layer of our skin is dry so the oil is getting trapped underneath. So here are some of the things that I found very helpful to overcome the winter breakouts and enjoy an acne free face.
1. A pH-balancing face wash is imperative. Drying your skin even more when it is already dehydrated is not ideal so a pH-balancing face wash will give that love and affection your skin needs and will clean the debris without removing any layers of your skin. So I have found that the AESOP Fabulous Face Cleanser does not upset the skins tonal balance and the FRESH Soy Face Cleanser helps maintain the skins elasticity and reveals a refreshed complexion.
2. TONER...I recently started to use the Bobbi Brown Hydrating Face Tonic (currently with 15% off in UK and GR). This is a toner that works for me because it also contains Glycolic which helps with the dark pores but any pH-balancing toner will do the job.
3. A Humidifier will help with the moisture of the room and hence the skin combats the case of dryness.
4. RETINOL... Retinol has been life saving to work your way towards a more hydrating skin without aggressive scrubbing that might damage your skin. Any cream that contains retinol will help equally and maintain the vibrance of your skin. According to SPACE NK. retinol is a powerful skincare active that helps to smooth pigmentation and also helps to encourage healthy cell turnover and prevent the breakouts. I use the SUNDAY RILEY A+ High Dose Retinoid Serum , but the DR DENNIS GROSS Ferulic + Retinol Anti Aging Moisturiser and the HERBIVORE Bakuchiol Retinol Alternative Serum are doing wonders.
5. Supplements give love to the skin from the inside and a little hyaluronic acid and some vitamin C helps your immune system and the radiance of the skin to prevent the breakouts.
I really hope that this post helped you a bit when it comes to understanding your skin and treat it with a little bit more love and proderm.
Yours with love xx

JANUARY EDIT 2021
HM - Sweater | HM - Cotton Sweatpants | Facial Roller | Water-bottle | Olaplex No.0 | Fresh - Clay Face Mask | The Nap Co - Scrunchie | IziPizi - #D Light Glasses | Faux Fur Slippers | BAIES candle | Earrings
The wardrobe hero for the past year has undoubtably been loungewear. We are practically living in sweats while we are working from home, other than the fancy pancy days where we feel more bougie and wear jeans and a cozy cashmere sweater just to spice it up a little. From WFH loungewear, e.g your office outfits, to working out daily at home here are some of my favourite loungewear and pamper essentials that will definitely help boost my mood a little whilst I am stuck indoors.
DIPTYQUE Bath Oils | BAIES candle | Kitted Joggers | Sweatshirt | Sunday Riley Luna | Herbivore Coconut | Book | Socks | Hand Cream | Face Massage

Ideal for covering those roots whists in lockdown without nay parabens or dyes and the best things is that its water resistant and you can get it in every colour shade.

MORROCCANOIL - BOAR BRISTLE BRUSH 35mm
After my last hair salon appointment i was told that an aluminium brush can easily damage the hair at home and it is not suitable for a daily use. This brush makes a simple blow-dry super easy and prevents breakage.
OLAPLEX No.0 - Intensive Bond Treatment
Not going to lie, I have never ever done a hair therapy in a hair salon...keratine treatment, plasma treatment or a simple restorative are some of the most common ones girls my age are getting after we have constantly been using toners and bleach on our hair. OLAPLEX is on the top of my list for some of the most amazing hair products and this at home treatment has helped me keep my hair healthy and bright. Helped me to strengthen my ends and is also paired with their No.3 Hair perfector which makes it the dream combination.
Living Proof - PhD Dry Shampoo
Now this is not a lockdown must but it has been a hero hair product on a daily basis. It is just that necessary product that should be in the gym or office bag for a quick touch up with its time-release fragrance ensures a clean look and refreshing scent.
£19
Last but definitely not least this OLAPLEX bonding oil is a must to keep the ends shiny and clean. Ideal after every wash working your way from the ends to reduce dead ends and protect from the heat.
